At the pot-loc many saw the diffrences between their foods , and the type of foods in other countreis. As for me , there was a huge diffrence , in the way of organizing , seadoning and much more. In my country we use mainly rice , onions , oil and ( beef , lamb , or\and fish ). on the other hand , many diffrent countreis prefer using more vegitebles in their cooking , and sause spicing , or liquid food. the way we serve food , would be more like in a big dish , and we will eat all together in one dish sitting on the floor and keeping some kind of fabric. on the countrary , many cultures prefer keeping the food in a dishing bowl , and each indivdual keeps for himself in his own plate, well this started to get in to some homes in my countries , but in a beanfeat its defenatlly gonna be on the ground.
these are some of the diffrences that i can come up with that was the main diffrence in my country.

Yes, that's true. I've tried Arabic food (probably not the most real one), but they use only onions and oil as you said.In my country we can buy falafel, shawarma and some other things made with chickpeas, that food is expensive but SO good!
ReplyDeleteIn France, there are some Arabic retaurants where I went several times to eat the royal couscous with all different kind of meats, followed by a hot mint tea, I loved it! I cannot wait to go back someday!
